UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is £5.99. Delivery is free when the product total is £50 or more. Your basket shows the delivery charge before you continue to payment.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery is typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Our order cutoff is 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders received after the cutoff or at the weekend begin processing on the next working day. Working days exclude UK bank holidays. These are estimated timeframes.

We currently offer online checkout for UK delivery addresses. For other destinations, please contact us before placing an order.

Changing your mind

For standard items bought online, you can cancel up to 14 days after delivery. Let us know by email, then return the items within a further 14 days. You can also cancel before dispatch.

We refund the returned items and the standard outbound delivery charge when you cancel the whole order. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage.

You can inspect the goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may be made for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.

Something isn’t right?

If an item is faulty, damaged or different from its description, email us with your order reference and details. Your statutory rights are unaffected, and we cover reasonable return costs for faulty goods.
