Your privacy.

West Lancashire Creations uses the information needed to fulfil your orders and respond to your enquiries. Contact: info@westlancashirecreations.com.

When you shop

Your basket is stored in your browser so it remains available when you return. At checkout, PayPal processes your payment and collects the contact and delivery details required for your order. We receive the order details needed to make, dispatch and support your purchase. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How information is used

Order and contact information is used to perform our contract with you, handle returns, prevent fraud, and meet accounting and legal obligations. If you email us, we use the information in your message to respond. We do not add you to marketing lists from an order or enquiry.

Service providers

Netlify hosts this website. PayPal provides payment processing. Our email and delivery providers handle the information needed for correspondence and delivery. Providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. Read PayPal’s privacy statement and Netlify’s privacy policy.

Storage and retention

We retain records for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Basket data stays on your device until you clear it or complete an order. A temporary checkout cookie links your browser to your payment session.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses browser storage for the basket and a necessary cookie during checkout. We do not add advertising trackers or optional analytics. PayPal’s own service uses its cookies when you visit its checkout.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and exercise other rights that apply under UK data protection law. Contact us using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
